We are hiring Remote Benefits Enrollment Consultants to support outbound outreach to members who have requested information or are eligible to review their supplemental benefit options.

What Youll Actually Be Doing

Conduct outbound calls to union and veteran members
Pre-qualify eligibility and confirm member information
Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
Present approved supplemental coverage options
Complete compliant digital enrollments
Maintain organized follow-up and documentation

This is a client-facing, performance-based consulting role not customer service and not cold door-to-door sales.
