A company is looking for a Credit Manager to lead and evolve the credit function within its accounting and finance organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and payment termsAnalyze financial statements and credit reports to assess and manage risk exposurePartner with Sales to balance customer experience with disciplined credit practicesRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in credit, collections, or financial risk managementStrong financial analysis skills with the ability to assess and make sound credit decisionsExperience managing structured agreements such as promissory notes and payment plansBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferredNACM certification (CBA, CBF) and/or relevant industry experience is a plus
