Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Kentucky
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth role. This position involves providing therapy, identifying treatment priorities, tracking progress, and supporting clients through personal and relational challenges. The work is centered on delivering quality care through a reliable virtual platform while maintaining clear documentation and sound clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Gather clinical information and complete intake assessments
• Develop treatment strategies that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
• Document each session and maintain up-to-date records
• Support clients with communication issues, family conflict, stress, and emotional health concerns

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LMFT license in good standing
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
