• Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Consistently follow up with leads to sustain engagement throughout their hiring journey
• Keep thorough and updated records in our tracking system
• Enjoy performance-based commissions for appointments set, interviews arranged, and successful placements derived from your efforts

Your Compensation Structure
