Description:

Clinical Opportunity with a Leading Prosthetic & Orthotic Practice

Are you an experienced Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) who thrives in direct patient care and takes pride in delivering clinical excellence? Our client - a respected prosthetic and orthotic care provider known for delivering innovative, patient centered solutions and exceptional clinical outcomes - is seeking a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) to join their Saint Louis team.

For decades, this practice has blended cutting edge technology with compassionate care to help individuals with limb loss and mobility challenges regain independence and confidence. As part of a broader network recognized for clinical leadership and access to advanced prosthetic and orthotic resources, this clinic empowers clinicians to craft personalized solutions that truly make a difference in patients' lives.

What You'll Do
As the CPO, you will:
• Deliver high quality prosthetic and orthotic care with a strong focus on patient outcomes and experience.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, device design, fitting, alignment, follow up care, and outcome assessment.
• Partner closely with technical staff to ensure quality, fit, and function of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, and interdisciplinary care partners.
• Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in compliance and patient care standards.

Who You Are
We're looking for a clinician who:
• Holds certification as a Prosthetist, Orthotist, or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) from ABC or BOC.
• Has solid experience delivering O&P patient care and values hands on clinical work.
• Is committed to clinical quality, ongoing learning, and patient advocacy.
• Thrives in a team oriented environment and takes pride in doing the work the right way.

Why This Opportunity Is Exceptional
This role offers:
• The ability to focus on patient care without direct management responsibilities.
• Access to advanced orthotic and prosthetic technologies and ongoing professional development.
• The support of a mission driven culture focused on meaningful impact and superior patient outcomes.
• Competitive compensation and benefits package designed to attract strong clinical talent.

If you're a dedicated CPO who wants to make a lasting impact - and be part of a team that values innovation, integrity, and patient first care - we want to hear from you.
