Contract Type: W2
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible extension
Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
In this role, you will take charge of developing and optimizing learning programs tailored to customer needs that promote product adoption and implementation success. You will engage deeply with both internal teams and customers, using insights to shape impactful educational strategies and drive significant business outcomes. The position requires a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days of onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary learning advisor to drive customer-specific strategies that enhance product adoption and operational success.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of customer needs and design tailored learning programs that align with their business and digital maturity goals.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective and well-integrated training sessions.
  • Monitor and assess learning outcomes and program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to maximize customer satisfaction and goal attainment.
  • Maintain proactive, trusted relationships with customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring continuous engagement and value realization from educational initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in designing and leading customer-centric learning programs in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to interpret customer business needs and develop corresponding learning strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or related industries, with a focus on learning and enablement programs.
Additional Requirements:
  • Occasional travel for customer engagements.
