Your Mission:
Join a fast-paced sales team where an ownership mindset meets execution excellence. You'll drive top-line revenue through:
- Inbound and referral-based consultative closes
- Hosting strategic sales presentations
- Representing RES-VA at major real estate conferences
- Building affiliate and referral partnerships with top real estate influencers
You'll work directly with our Sales Manager and Founders, gaining executive-level mentorship and unmatched exposure in a high-growth environment.

Top performers can grow into:
- Sales Director
- Affiliate/Strategic Partnership Lead
- Sales Team Trainer or Manager
- Leadership on revenue initiatives company-wide
You'll work closely with Founders and be involved in high-level strategy.
Compensation & Opportunity:
- Base: $50,000
- OTE Year 1: $100,000+ (upside, top reps earn $120,000+)
- Commission: Per deal, paid bi-weekly
- Bonuses for affiliate growth, client upgrades, and top-tier performance

Responsibilities • Close high-quality leads generated from our marketing and referral network
• Deliver virtual & in-person presentations with clarity, charisma, and strategic value
• Build trust-based relationships with clients, affiliates, and partners
• Travel to 6-10 conferences/year (fully paid) to represent RES-VA
• Maintain detailed performance tracking in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and growth opportunities
• Own your performance. Drive your deals. Exceed expectations
Travel & Schedule: • Remote-first (Eastern Time preferred)
• Travel to masterminds, investor events, and conferences (~8-10 per year)
• Flexible schedule with performance-based autonomy
• All travel expenses covered - including a potential annual Egypt trip to meet our international team
