What You Will Do:

• Run the Numbers: Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial roofing projects (new construction, re-roofs, and restorations).
• Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and review the work of two remote Junior Estimators. You are their guide and quality-control checkpoint.
• Analyze the Build: Review blueprints, specs, and bid documents to analyze assemblies, materials, and labor scope.
• Strategize: Coordinate directly with our project management and operations teams to ensure what you estimate can be built profitably.
• Build the Department: Help establish estimating standards, workflows, and new processes to support our growth.

What We Need From You:

• The Experience: 3+ years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects.
• The Knowledge: A high-level understanding of commercial roofing systems, assemblies, and digital takeoff tools.
• The Leadership: You must be organized and possess the communication skills required to manage a remote team effectively.
• The Basics: High School Diploma or GED required. (Manufacturer or trade certifications are a big plus!)
