Technical Business Analyst

Location: Middletown, PA | Duration: 3 months | Remote/Hybrid

Seeking for a Technical Business Analyst and play a crucial role in the planning and requirement gathering phases of project.

Description of Duties:

• Facilitate meetings to capture As-Is process flows and requirements.
• Reengineer business processes with a focus on financial operations.
• Conduct reviews to identify necessary business process changes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Track documentation in Azure Development Operations (ADO).
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze existing systems for improvements.
• Identify and define KPIs and optimal visualization methods.
• Collaborate with technology staff, business owners, and project sponsors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Lead project team activities related to enterprise systems.
• Adhere to all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.

• Experience as a Business Analyst on government/public sector projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions and ITIL/ITSM practices.

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Figma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ADO Testing Module.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
