Detailed Job Description:
Level 1 Support for Apriso application
100% Onsite role at Shiseido East Windsor, NJ
Hands on experience on Apriso 2017 and onwards
Experience in Development and support for Apriso application.
At least 3 years of experience in Delmia Apriso Skills, integration with shop floor systems and ERP, PLM/otperson applications.
At least 3 years of experience in MES L1 support (Communication with end user, Printer installation, Training , Providing solutions to daily shop floor IT issues)
Good understanding of Apriso Logging mechanism and error handling
Good know how on OPC and integration with shop floor systems like SCADA, PLC, Historian.

Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Multi Stakeholder environment that requires regular travel
Good English Language skills.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements, design effective tests, and interpret test results

Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
