Job Summary

Carports Anywhere located in Starke, Florida is seeking motivated and outgoing Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our customers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need. to Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on issues, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. This is a remote work from home position.
Candidates must be located in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Follow up on Customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
• Contribute to company reports
• Maintain organization of daily duties
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar position.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
