Job Summary:

The candidate will work as a Customer Service Representative in the logistics department. They will provide support to vendors and carriers by ensuring timely communication and resolving performance issues. The role involves systems administration duties related to vendor and carrier needs as well as troubleshooting routing issues.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Outstanding communication skills and phone call etiquette

• Experience in customer service, supply chain, merchandising/planning or distribution

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to interact confidently with all levels of management

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow

• Familiarity with NICE (formerly CXONE)

• College Degree

Shift: Remote, Mon-Fri, 9 am-5:30 pm

Pay Details: $18.25 to $23.32 per hour
