Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new team members on best practices in customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and service quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
