We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Hauling site in Leesville, LA .

• The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

• Pay Range: $17-18/hr. depending on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.

• Assist customers by phone and in person to receiveordersfor installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.

• Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuanceorders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years ofCustomer Serviceexperience in a high call volume atmosphere

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred .Typingand 10-key skills are required

• Excellentorganizationand communication skills

• Ability to analyze and solve problems. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
