We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sr. Manager, ERP/MRP Support to manage and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) system- Infor LN. This role will be responsible for system support, development, and integration to optimize business processes, streamline operations, and drive strategic improvements. The ideal candidate MUST have hands-on experience with Infor LN and a strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

System Support and Maintenance

• Manage daily support operations for Infor - LN ERP and MRP systems, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing timely solutions to business users.
• Monitor and maintain system health, including database integrity and performance optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements within the Infor LN environment.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business analytics and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Infor LN and other business systems.

Process Improvement and Optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document technical specifications and develop best practices for system usage.

Project Management

• Lead or participate in system upgrade and implementation projects.
• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities for system changes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies

User Training and Documentation

• Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive user guides.
• Provide technical and functional support to users across various departments.

Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation $130K + (Based off experience)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading Application Development and Support Teams
• 5+ years of experience working with Infor LN ERP/MRP systems, including development and support.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience is a plus.Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
• Experience with other enterprise software integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
