Description:
Essential Functions:
Serve as the Site Manager, overseeing work performance and providing leadership and management on all task order matters related to daily operations
Physical set-up of facilities (furniture), configuration (event network, simulation and Army Mission Command Systems and database deployment) and end-to-end testing between the simulation and Army Mission Command Systems according to architectural design when needed
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance (Required)
US Citizen
Education:
BA or BS degree
Army Command & General Staff College graduate (ILE - MEL 4)
Experience:
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Military training & training support
Staff Operations & Training at BDE or above
SME in Training Management
Master of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)
Minimum of 10 years of Leadership / Supervisory Experience
Working Conditions: On-site during standard operating hours
