Job Description:

Toucan Gaming is seeking an experienced customer service-oriented, friendly Casino Manager to join our team in {!job-location}. This role is responsible for the efficient operations of the casino and serving customers in a professional, courteous manner which results in a repeat customer. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in employee management and leadership, and excited to be a part of a growing company.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Offer and lead on outstanding Customer Service to all guests
  • Maintain a clean, well-serviced casino
  • Money handling and cashier duties
  • Documentation of balancing (paperwork); troubleshooting issues for others
  • Scheduling, employee care, leadership, recruiting, holding support team accountable for good work
  • Manage customer and employee grievances; take preventative actions

Required Work Cards
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.
  • All Casino personnel which include, Operations Managers, Casino or Vault Managers and Casino Associates, are required to possess a valid video draw poker employee permit.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license, identification card or U.S. Military identification card is required while working at the casino facility. Failure to maintain a valid Video Draw Poker permit or an identification card as mentioned above may result in suspension and up to termination of employment.
  • Casino Associates & Managers/Supervisors may also be required to successfully obtain a Parish Bar/ABO card if required for the Parish they currently work. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that their certifications and permits are obtained and renewed on time prior to expiration according to the company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour plus quarterly bonuses
