- As soon as Credentialed - Ongoing
- EMR: Meditech PDOC charting system
- Level IV trama Center
- 12-hr shifts Days/Nights 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
- APV 22k annually
- Facility Coverage: 24 hour MD, 12 hour NPPA
- Need multiple providers
- BC/BE in EM, FP, IM *Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in*
- Active WV Licensed required
